Technologies that Inspire: From Packaging Machines to Software Solutions
C-Care proudly partnered up with Symex (the leading mixing kettle manufacturer in the world) and installed its’ second kettle in 2020, being the largest Symex homogenizing unit in North America. In 2020 we also installed a Pouch Filling unit to support the flexible and sustainable packaging demand, as well as Keyence vision systems.
In January 2021 we will be installing a Filling Line from Optima, which is arguably the best Cosmetic Filling company in the world. We also expect to install a Water Thermocompressor in 2021 to be the first Beauty Manufacturer in North America to generate WFI through distillation.

C-Care’s facility, built in 1995, is state of the art with generous room for future expansion.

Our investment in technical know-how comes from the team of chemists and process engineers in both R&D and Engineering teams, supported by a continuous flow of talent from Co-Op partnerships with local Universities such as Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland.
Beauty Hub
We are also upgrading our facilities to allow our talent a better infrastructure to create and develop their talent, through our Beauty Hub where a new state of the art R+D facility will be built in 2021, next to our already In-house Salon and Training and Development Auditorium.
